Our Team

Gary has been a trainer and facilitator for nearly a decade, earning his Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment in 2016.

His passion for training stems from his ability to connect with participants, engage them, and ask the right questions. He values mutual learning, recognising that both facilitators and participants bring unique insights to each session. For Gary, an ideal training environment is one filled with light-hearted moments and meaningful exchanges—this is what energises him and drives his pursuit of excellence.

His experience spans a wide range of training formats, from leading full-day sessions for over 500 participants (including Singapore Airlines and Singapore University of Social Sciences) to facilitating in-depth workshops for smaller groups of 20 to 40, such as jobseekers with e2i.

Currently, Gary is also an associate lecturer at the Singapore Institute of Management, where he teaches Communication and Economics modules as part of the Diploma in Management Studies and the International Foundation Programme.
