Our Story
Cadence Culture was founded by Eddie Eng and Calvin Yeo – friends, colleagues, and partners in purpose. They had a simple idea: work, life, and values can integrate synergistically into a life-giving rhythm.
After decades of serving global brands, aligning leadership teams, and guiding organisations through cultural transformations, they developed a shared conviction – work culture can be the lifestream that brings growth and flourishing to people, teams, and organisations.
This conviction led to the birth of Cadence Culture in the heart of bustling Singapore. Healthy cultures free people to see their potential and contribute their best, finding their personal life-giving rhythms in sync with the organization’s.
