Eddie, Co-Founder and Principal Consultant at Cadence Culture, is a trusted advisor to senior leaders. With over two decades of experience in Leadership, Culture, Business and Organisational Development, he partnered and co-created with senior leaders across the region to deliver transformative results that empowered people and businesses to thrive. Through his expertise in consulting, facilitation, and coaching, Eddie skillfully creates safe spaces for leaders and teams to engage in meaningful and courageous conversations. This empowers them to effectively resolve conflict, rebuild trust and relationships, achieve culture alignment across the organisation, and ultimately drive greater performance in pursuit of business goals.

A passionate practitioner at heart, Eddie thrives on building and growing communities of practice to foster collective learning, spark innovation, share best practices, conquer complex challenges and become a collective force for positive change.

Outside of work, Eddie and his wife Julia have found it most rewarding to be Marriage Mentors where they equip couples to build loving and purposeful marriages. Dating his wife, spending quality time with his two young children and journeying with like-minded purposeful communities are an integral part of his life schedule.
